The conference program will be released in September 2023.

Please note that you will be sent further details within a few days prior to the event itself.  

Individuals have to be active CARA members at the time of the event to be eligible for Member fees. If your membership has expired, we encourage you to renew your membership before you purchase your conference ticket.

CARA Membership fee is $220 per person. We encourage you to join CARA to be eligible for a member discount.

Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard & VISA) or by cheque. Cheques must be postmarked by October 5, 2023, and be addressed to the Canadian Association of Research Administrators and labeled with what they are for (i.e. CARA West 2023 Registration or CARA 2023 Membership). Include your invoice/receipt received by the end of your registration and mail your cheque to:
