Horizon Europe - How to Effectively Obtain EU research funds
Horizon Europe - How to Effectively Obtain EU research funds.
Jan 22 2024, 12-1pm EST.
Canada is currently en route to full association with the European Union's largest R&D funding scheme - Horizon Europe. According to press releases the process is to be completed within the year. Once successful, association to Horizon Europe will enable Canadian researchers to apply to be beneficiaries of EU grants without additional/ matching Canadian funding. This opens an incredibly exciting avenue for accessing research funding and collaborations. However, the process is not without its challenges. I have a decade of experience working with EU finding schemes, including in Brussels, and am excited to share my knowledge to further Canadian and EU research partnerships.
