Executive Board Terms of Reference



The Executive Board shall act for the Board between meetings of the Board.



The Executive Board shall be composed of:

  • The President who shall serve as chair of the Executive Board
  • The Vice President
  • The Treasurer
  • The Executive Director is an ex-officio liaison to the Board



  • To serve as an interim operating body between the meeting of the Board
  • To make recommendations to the Board
  • To submit monthly reports to the Board on meeting decisions and actions taken
  • To review and report to the Board on the performance of Executive Director
  • To undertake other duties as assigned by the Board



The Executive Board shall usually meet prior to the Board on a periodic basis at the call of the President or two Officers.



The Executive Director records and circulates the minutes to the Executive Board.
