UPDATE
There are exciting changes afoot with respect to bringing together CARA East and CARA Central into a single in-person conference as of next year. Despite the development of an exciting conference program for CARA East this year, both regional conferences committees have taken a decision to join the conferences in favour of merging the two conferences this year instead. However! With this exciting news, we will be able to provide a 3-day conference targeted to everyone in the Central and East regions of Canada. This combined conference will run on November 28, 29, and 30th. Please note that the presentation/s at both CARA Central and East will have no changes and will go as planned, but a small change in the schedule may occur.
In this joint conference, sessions focuses on both Finding the Positive in the New Normal, and Facing the Challenges themes.
We’ve all been through a lot in the last couple of years and while we have shown resilience through the disruption we have learned a lot. This joint conference will be a space where we share the positive things we have learned recently; and of course, there will be a chance to engage with provincial funders and hear what’s new from them.
Please join us online on November 28, 29, 30, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Toronto Time) daily. In order to facilitate attendance for the Atlantic Canada provinces (NS, NB, PEI, NL), the conference will be running live from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Halifax Time) daily.
We would really like to see you there, so come on in and have some fun with us starting November 28th!!
