The best business schools teach that the 21st century leader must be a master in using data to drive organizational decisions. And yet, universities themselves tend to lag behind, with too many decisions being made on the basis of intuition or tradition. This session will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to exploit the value of information in guiding institutional success. Topics will include: business questions and associated measures, data management practices, building an analytical team, and promoting a data culture.
