Dr. Kes Morton, PhD, PMP,has secured over 40 million for clients in grant funding, with over 15 years of ocean management experience in industry, academia, and government. With a passion for the oceans and efficient use of resources, Dr. Morton has extensive experience bringing together teams from different backgrounds to achieve a common purpose. Dr. Morton has managed teams comprised of over 450 scientists from over 20 different countries. Dr. Morton has a PhD in Marine Ecology, a Project Management Professional designation, and a Certificate in Financial Management.

Kyryn Swanson brings a combination of skills and experience to work in communications, social media management, multilingualism, and in facilitating data entry, updates, and problem solving, with two summer work terms of experience in communications. She is currently in a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and German at Dalhousie University. Kyryn lives in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with a passion for hiking and being in nature.
