It gives us great pleasure to re-announce the upcoming CARA West Regional Conference themed, Research for Good!, taking place in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia from December 7-9, 2022, in person.
The event was originally planned for 2019, and we are so grateful and excited to officially confirm that it is moving ahead at the end of this year. To be true to our Research for Good theme, we chose the unique, mountain culture of Whistler for our venue, which focuses on sustainability, community, health, and wellness. During your stay, you can experience and take full advantage of the destination and all that this special location has to offer. We look forward to an engaging program, and most importantly, connecting in person with our colleagues and guests.
CARA’s Executive continues to monitor the situation with COVID-19, following the advice of Public Health authorities and their recommended protocols. All indications support us planning our in-person regional conference early December 2022 and we will keep the community updated should Public Health recommendations result in any additional steps or adjustments to our plan.
