Ann Liang is a Business Librarian at the University of Saskatchewan, where she teaches marketing research, analyzes data, and explores emerging technology trends. With degrees in biology and archaeology, she chose librarianship as a career, earning her MLIS from Western in 2015, and focuses her research on service design, user experience, and academic integrity.
