This webinar will provide an overview of the legal and regulatory requirements with which research managers and institutions must comply, including new or emerging requirements. An example of a research administration process will be used to examine how to monitor and provide evidence of institutional compliance, the risk areas of non-compliance and how institutions might manage non-compliance.
