Intellectual property (IP) considerations are at the heart of sponsored research agreements, shaping how discoveries can be protected, transferred, and ultimately commercialized. This webinar will explore common IP issues that arise in sponsored research contracts, including ownership, licensing rights, publication restrictions, and background IP. Participants will gain practical insights into how contract terms influence technology transfer opportunities, industry partnerships, and the path to commercialization.
